In 2018, the go-ahead was given for our "1plus" transformation process aimed at developing our corporate culture together with our employees and leading our organization into a successful future.
Around 600 colleagues from Austria and Germany volunteered to actively shape this process and develop the orientation framework for our work – our Welser backbone!
We're delighted about this as we believe that entrepreneurial success in times of digitalization, globalization and climate change hinges first and foremost on enthusiastic people.
