Welser Profile North America and Superior Roll Forming merge on October, 1st.
Since the acquisition of Superior Roll Forming in 2018, both companies have been working closely together as part of the Welser Profile Group.
The two companies are now set to merge on Ocotber, 1st, 2023 to create Welser Profile North America.
The merger allows Welser Profile to combine its competencies in custom roll formed profiles with its expertise in automotive products into one company. The alignment of internal structures and processes will also allow for the provision of an even more accurate level of customer service.
That is a clear commitment to the goal of being a competent and reliable partner for US customers under one strong brand.
Over the coming months, the next high performance production lines for roll forming and downstream processing (including laser cutting and bending facilities) will be in place.
